Exhibit 70

On Day 3, Bobby Dassey said he had not seen the crushed cars, and the court excepted Exhibit 70 from its admission ruling for lack of foundation. On Day 8, Dave Remiker identified the photograph as showing crushed vehicles near the car crusher as they appeared on November 5, and the court admitted it.
