Burned jumper-cable insulation initially resembling bone in the elevated area

Pevytoe said chalk-white pieces in the elevated area initially looked like bone. On closer examination, he identified them as burned synthetic insulation from jumper cables entwined in a dog's leash and did not think bone fragments had been found in that elevated area.
