Burned vehicle seat and associated seat-belt buckle

Pevytoe described a burned, metal vehicle seat beside the pit and a seat-belt buckle with burned-off webbing. He could not identify the vehicle, say when the seat burned or explain how it came to rest there; he saw no bone fragments intermingled with it.
