Dr. Eisenberg's report
Fairgrieve testified that he reviewed Dr. Eisenberg's report and photographs and agreed with several of her skeletal findings. He accepted the report's identification of human bone at two locations but questioned whether the recovery documentation could establish the original burn location.
About
Fairgrieve's review was used to challenge the inference that the remains were originally burned behind the garage; he did not identify another original burn site or exclude that area.
