About

In the Avery trial, Newhouse attributed submitted casings and bullet FL to the rifle but could not identify it as the source of bullet FK. In the Dassey trial, he attributed all 11 casings in Exhibit 128 and the bullet in Exhibit 113 to the rifle, but could not determine whether the damaged bullet in Exhibit 114 came from it; his testimony did not identify who fired the rifle.
